| Calpack CST 50 Super Semi Automatic Shrink Wrapper |
| CST 50 SUPER is a semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine
consisting of L sealer and Shrink Tunnel in a single frame. This
machine separates sealing and shrinking cycles for faster
operation. First, the operator inserts the product into the centre-folded shrink film. The sealing is then done with L sealer and the shrinking in a compact shrink tunnel. The height of the
shrink tunnel and the sealing area are adjusted together with one
up/down movement. This centers the seal line and results in a smooth transfer
of product from sealing area to the shrink tunnel. The bottom heated
belt inside the tunnel gives an excellent finish all around the pack.
The shrink tunnel can be moved in/out, relative to the product
position for centering the product inside the tunnel. |
